the residents of verona all think they live in a peaceful city but they're wrong. hidden behind the shadows, lurke creatures more deadly than you could ever imagine. vampires. of course, the citizens are oblivious to that fact. just thinking all the missing people are caused by kidnappers or murderers.
Police:[/b][/u]

the police are the 'protecters' of the city. but to some they're just a late night snack. the police do there part by trying there best to solve the missing people cases. only coming up with the conclusion of a mass murderer as they couldn't catch the real culprit. the head of police; the cheif of police, is the only person in the police department who knows about vampires. she/he teams up with the hunters to track down the vampires and put an end to all the deaths.
Hunters:[/u]

the hunters are the people who track down the vampires and try to put an end to their lives. because of this, the hunters are in danger of becoming the blood suckers next meal. the hunters like to keep there 'job' a secret so they can live a normal life without being stalked by the blood suckers.
VAMPIRES
1st Generation:

the first generation of vampires are the most powerful vampires of all time. they don't like to kill a lot, only feeding little and often to keep the human population up. the first generation are the toughest vampires in existence. they aren't easy to hurt and they are even harder to kill.
Blood Suckers:[/b]

the blood suckers are the heartless kind of vampire. they live to kill and get a kick out of it. they may kill but they do a good job of covering up their mess.
Caring Creatures:[/u][/color]

the caring creatures are the vampires who still have their humanity. they socialise with the citizens of verona and fight their insticts to kill. these vampires only drink the blood of animals or blood bags from hospitals.
Newbies:[/u]

the newbies are the newly changed vampires. they can be classed as newborns until they reach their year mark. newbies aren't in control of their cravings, therefore are most likely the ones responsible for the mass murder cases. some newborns will have the person who changed them to guide them along, others will have no one.
